This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) accompanies TheBestForMyChild™ software application (“Software”) and governs your use of the Software, including any upgrades, modified versions or updates of the Software licensed to you by Snapperfish Ltd. By installing, accessing or using the Software you agree to accept and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not wish to accept this Agreement then you must not install, access or use the Software.
